Hand Pie Instructions
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Remove wrapper
For a golden crust beat one egg and brush top and edges of Hand Pie
Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper( reduces clean up)
Bake for 24-28 minutes till golden brown
Cool on rack for 15 minutes

Pre heat oven at 425 degrees
Remove all wrappers
For a golden crust beat one egg and brush top and edges
Place directly on baking sheet covered with parchment paper ( reduces clean up)
Bake for 40- 50 minuets(varies by oven) till golden brown and bubbling
Internal temp of 165 degrees
Cool on a rack for 5-10 minuets on
